ABOUT Paneer Stuffed Naan Bombs RECIPE

A yummy cheesy snack that is easy to make and is favorite among kids.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For dough:
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1/ 4 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon oil
  8. Water (for kneading the dough)
  9. For stuffing:
  10. 1 tablespoon oil
  11. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  12. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  13. 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  14. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  16. 1 teaspoon salt
  17. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  18. 1 cup paneer cubes
  19. 4-5 mozzarella cheese cubes
  20. For greasing the naan bombs:
  21. 1 tablespoon oil
  22. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  23. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  24. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  25. For plating:
  26. 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. TAKE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL. ADD CURD.
  2. ADD BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SALT.
  3. MIX WELL WITH SPOON.
  4. KNEAD THE DOUGH USING WATER.
  5. ADD 1 TSP OIL.,MIX WITH DOUGH AND KEEP THE DOUGH COVERED FOR 30 MINUTES.
  6. HEAT A PAN. ADD OIL. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND LET IT SPLUTTER. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE.
  7. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND MIX WELL.
  8. ADD SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD PANEER CUBES AND COOK FOR AROUND 2-3 MINUTES.
  10. SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND LET IT COOL.
  11. TAKE A BALL SIZE DOUGH. ROLL IT BY DUSTING SOME FLOUR ON ROLLING BOARD
  12. CUT IT IN ROUND SHAPE
  13. ADD SOME PANEER FILLING AND A CUBE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
  14. JOIN ALL THE SIDES AT CENTRE AND MAKE IT ROUND LIKE BALL
  15. TAKE 1 TABLESPOON OIL. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL
  16. BRUSH THE OIL ON THE PANEER BALLS.
  17. BAKE @180°C FOR 15 MINUTES.
  18. BRUSH THE PLATE WITH TOMATO KETCHUP. SERVE
