Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For sheets, 2 egg
  2. 2 cup all purpose flour, extra for dusting
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. For Filling, 1 cup mozerrella cheese
  6. 1 cup processes cheese
  7. 1/2 cup fetta cheese
  8. 1 cup fresh chopped corriender
  9. 3/4 tsp dry mint leaves
  10. 1/2 cup butter
  11. 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  12. 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. TAKE TWO EGG IN MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD 2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  3. 1 TSP SALT
  4. 1/4 CUP WATER IF NEED ADD MORE
  5. MIX IT AND MAKE SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. POUR 1 TBSP OIL AND GREASE
  7. NOW COVER IT AND KEEP ASIDE IN FRIDGE FOR HALF AN HOUR
  8. TAKE 1 CUP MOZERRELLA ,1 CUP PROSSECES AND 1/2 CUP FETTA CHEESE
  9. ADD 1 CUP FRESH CHOPPED CORRIENDER
  10. 3/4 TSP DRY MINT LEAVES
  11. MIX ALL
  12. TAKE DOUGH ON SURFACE
  13. DUST SOME EXTRA FLOUR ON SURFACE AND KNEAD DOUGH AGAIN AND AGAIN
  14. CUT THE EQUAL SIZE BALLS
  15. MAKE CHAPATI OF ALL BALLS
  16. SPREAD SOME FLOUR ON EVERY CHAPATI AND OVERLAP
  17. NOW ROLL IT AND MAKE THIN AND BIG SHEETS
  18. SEPRATE ONE SHEET CAREFULLY AND BOIL IN HOT WATER FOR 15 SECONDS
  19. LEFT OUT AND DRY IT NICELY
  20. BRUSH THE BAKING DISH
  21. ARRANGE BOIL SHEETS ON BASE
  22. ARRANGE ANOTHER ONE AND GREASE WITH BUTTER
  23. DEVIDE THE STUFFING IN TWO HALF AND FILL THE HALF STUFFING AND SPREAD EVENLY
  24. AGAIN ARRANGE THE SHEET
  25. AND SPREAD REMANING STUFFING OVER THE SHEET
  26. NOW COVER WITH OTHER SHEET AND CUT THE EXTRA SHEET
  27. MAKE CUTS AND BRUSH THE BUTTER ON SURFACE
  28. SPRINKLE SOME WHITE AND BLACK SESAME SEEDS OVER THE TOP
  29. COVER IT AND KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR HALF AN HOUR BEFORE BAKING
  30. NOW BAKE THIS PREHEATED OVEN ON 220* TO 230* FOR 30 MINUTES
  31. NOW TURKISH BOREK IS DONE AND CUT IN PIECES
