Spicy poori

Ingredients to make Spicy poori

  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • green chilly - 2
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 7 to 8
  • curry leaves 1 sprig
  • asafoetida - A Pinch
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Spicy poori

  1. Grind together cumin, pepper and green chillies.
  2. Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt, water, chopped curry leaves, asafoetida and ground mixture.
  3. Knead into a dough. Roll it into pooris and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot.
