Ingredients to make Phataphat Snack Munch

  • Chapati - 2 to be cut into small pieces
  • Boiled carrot - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled French bean - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled peas - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled cauliflower - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled potato cube - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled chicken pieces - 2 tbsp
  • egg scramble - 1 egg
  • Boiled prawn - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • Blck pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil - 3 to 4 tsp
  • tomato Sauce - 5 tbsp

How to make Phataphat Snack Munch

  1. In a pan add oil and add the chapati pieces and saute for a while till crispy in medium flame. Remove the chapati from the pan
  2. Add 1 tsp more oil in the same pan and add rest of the veggies, chicken and prawn. Saute for a while and then add salt and black pepper powder and stir
  3. Add the chapati pieces and remove from flame. Add tomato ketchup from the top
  4. Serve hot
