Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 100 gms
  2. Powdered Sugar 30 gms
  3. Condensed Milk 120 gms
  4. Oil (Flavourless) 22 gms
  5. Butter(Softened) 22 gms
  6. Baking powder 3/4 tsp
  7. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  10. Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
  11. White chocolate 100 gms
  12. Fresh Cream 40 gms
  13. Mango Pieces 5 nos
  14. Silver balls for decoration
  15. White chocolate decorations

Instructions

  1. Add in the vinegar to milk and keep it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add All purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda. Sieve it 3 times
  3. Take another mixing bowl.Add the oil,butter and powdered sugar.Mix till it has a whitish appearance.
  4. Then,add in the condensed milk ( I have used homemade) and mix it till light and Fluffy.
  5. Add in the dry mixture along with the mix mixture.Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter in the greased dish and bake it at 170 degrees for 45 mins. Trust me this cake is among the best cakes I have seen so far.
  7. For preparing the white chocolate ganache,heat the cream in a microwave for 45 seconds.Then pour this cream over the chocolate.
  8. Keep this mixture covered for 3-4 hours.White Chocolate ganache is ready.
  9. Decoration for the cake.
  10. Cut the cooled cake into 3 parts.
  11. Soak in the cake with sugar syrup(mix 2 tbsp of sugar in 3 tbsp of water).
  12. Add a thin layer of white chocolate ganache and top it with some mango peices.Repeat the process for the other layers.
  13. Coat the cake with a thin layer of white chocolate ganache. You need not do this step with perfection as it is a crumb coat.
  14. Now Refrigerate it for 20 mins.
  15. Then coat the cake with white chocolate ganache properly.If required use a scraper to even out the sides.
  16. Cut the mango into hearts with the help of a cookie cutter.
  17. Also add the heart shaped chocolate as well as silver balls.
  18. Pipe some designs on the border of the cake.
  19. Your delicious cake is ready.
