Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato...2 big size
  2. Vadi...urad daal...1
  3. Tomato puree...1 table spoon
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Ghee or oil ...1 tea spoon
  6. Coriander leaves...1 tea spoon
  7. Coriander powder,...1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and chop in dices
  2. Heat ghee in a cooker and add vadi and let it fry to brown colour
  3. Add all the material except coriander leaves and keep on bhunoeing.
  4. Add a cup of water and cook to 2 whistles.
  5. Let the pressure release of its own
  6. Enjoy hot with the garnish of coriander leaves
