Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lauki...peeled and cut to dices
  2. Urad daal vadi
  3. Tomatoes....2
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Desi ghee...1 tea spoon
  6. Cumin seeds...1/2 tea spoon
  7. Turmeric powder...1/4 tea spoon
  8. Red chilli powder...1/4 tea spoon
  9. Coriander powder....1/2 tea spoon
  10. Garam masala....1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Grind ginger, green chillies and tomatoes in a mixer
  2. Heat Desi ghee in a cooker, add cumin seeds, vadi and let it change colour, add tomato paste
  3. Saute and add lauki pieces, salt and all masalas
  4. Sprinkle water and cook to 2 whistles
  5. Let the pressure release of its own
  6. Check the consistency of the sabji
  7. Enjoy
