Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 150 gm(cut into squares)
  2. Pineapple 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Capsicum 12 pieces (cut into cubes)
  4. Tomato 12 pieces (cut into cubes)
  5. Onion 12 pieces (cut into large cubes)
  6. Butter 1 teaspoon
  7. Ginger 1/2 teaspoon (grated)
  8. Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. lime juice 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Skewers stick 6 pieces (dipped into water for an hour)
  14. For marination:
  15. Hung curd 4-5 tablespoons
  16. Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  17. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Ginger 1 teaspoon (grated)
  20. Besan 1 teaspoon (slightly fried in mustard oil)
  21. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  22. Mango pickle 2 tablespoons
  23. Kasuri methi 1/4 teaspoon (roasted dry)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter on a pan (low flame),add ginger and saute it few seconds.,then add chopped pineapple ,chilli powder ,garam masala powder and salt,
  2. Cook in low flame for 2-3 mins or till it become dry
  3. Move it out from the heat ,mix lemon juice ,now pineapple stuffing is ready.
  4. Now for marination ,take a bowl and mix all the ingredients
  5. Marinate paneer with salt and turmeric ,put stuffing in it like sandwich
  6. Now prepare skewer sticks with stuffed paneer and vegetables one by one
  7. Marinate all the prepared skewer sticks properly.
  8. Now brush the grill pan lightly with butter and grill all sides properly
  9. Serve it hot
