Ingredients to make Fast recipe Sabudana Dhokla

  • 2 cups of samak rice ya bhagar
  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp green chilli and ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp oil to grease the thali
  • 3-4 tsp desi ghee

How to make Fast recipe Sabudana Dhokla

  1. Soak the samak rice and sabudana overnight or for a minimum of 6-7 hours.
  2. After soaking, the next day strain it and grind it into a mixer with curd into a smooth paste as shown in the picture. Keep it aside for 2-3 hours, then add all the ingredients like salt, sugar, green chilli and ginger paste, mix it well and keep aside.
  3. Now take the dhokla maker and grease the thali, put in the batter and keep this dhokla maker on a high flame for 15 mins.
  4. After this time, check it with a knife and if it comes out clearly then it's ready to eat.
