Ingredients to make Sabudana fruit uttapam fast recipe

  • 2 cup samak rice ya bhagar
  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 pinches of baking soda
  • 1 tsp ginger and chilli paste
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black grapes, cut in pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar

How to make Sabudana fruit uttapam fast recipe

  1. Soak the samak rice and sabudana overnight or for a minimum of 6-7 hours.
  2. After soaking, the next day strain it and grind in a mixer with curd into a smooth paste as shown in the picture.
  3. Keep this aside for 2-3 hours then add all the ingredients like salt, sugar, green chilli, ginger paste and mix it. Keep it aside.
  4. To prepare the uttapam on the dosa pan, first heat some oil on the pan, then put in 1 big spoonful of the batter and spread it all over. Then put the apple and grape pieces on the uttapam and roast it neatly.
  5. Keep the lid on for 5 mins, then check it and serve with any chutney or curd.
