Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. ghee leftovers 4 spoons
  2. sal to taste
  3. garam masala a pinch
  4. green chiilies chopped 2
  5. onion chopped 1 small
  6. kneaded wheat flour to make paranthas

Instructions

  1. take a small amount of portion of wheat flour dough roll it
  2. take a bowl mix ghee leftovers with all the spices and onions
  3. fill small portion in paranthas and roll again
  4. heat a tawa add some oil flip the parantha and cook well on both sides till golden brown
  5. repeat the process for all the paranthas
  6. serve hot with curd
