We all love sweets and that to variety. I did try for a fusion with left over moti choor ladoo, Kalakand and layering it with ripe papaya to make a sweet par excellence!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Motichoor ladoo 2 nos
  2. Ripe papaya 1 1/2 cup grated
  3. Kalakand 1 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup powder + 1 tbsp
  5. Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  6. Milk malai ( cream) 1/2 cup
  7. Flour 1 tbsp
  8. Ghee 1 tsp
  9. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add ripe grated papaya in it add sugar powder and mix continuously till the mixture becomes thick. Then sprinkle cardamom powder and nutmeg powder keep it aside and cool
  2. Pre heat the oven at 180'C. Then in a baking pan line down an aluminium foil.
  3. Mash the leftover kalakand mixture then pour on top of papaya mixture spread it thoroughly
  4. Then spread motichoor ladoo
  5. Then in a bowl pour the malai add flour, sugar powder pinch of cardamom powder mix it a little .
  6. Bake it at 180'C for 15 min
