Broccoli and cauliflower cheese bombs

Ingredients to make Broccoli and cauliflower cheese bombs

  • Broccoli and cauliflower cut into chunks -1 cup Boiled potatoes -3 medium size
  • One finely chopped onion One finely chopped green Chilli
  • Finely chopped coriander Lemon juice- 1/2 squeezed
  • Salt and pepper -to taste Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala -1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder -1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese -tiny cubes Corn flour- 2 spoons or to the tightness of the mixture.
  • Bread crumbs- 1 cup
  • Maida and water mix like pouring consistency
  • Oil for frying

How to make Broccoli and cauliflower cheese bombs

  1. In a pan add water and salt allow to boil add both florets and close with Lid let boil for 5 to 7 mins and off the flame and strain in it .
  2. Allow to cool . Mash them with potato masher And keep aside ..
  3. In a bowl add mashed potatoes add broccoli and cauliflower and mix well. Add finely chopped onion ..
  4. Add all the spices powder one by one and mix well like a dough it will be soft .
  5. Take a dough like lemon size make a cup like shape keep inside the cheese cube and seal it and again make like ball keep aside .
  6. Heat oil in kadai mean while mix maida and water make like pouring consistency dip the ball in maida water and into the bread crumbs like wise do all and keep ready.
  7. Once oil got temperature drop the balls one by one and fry them until golden brown colour.
  8. And transfer them to paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with any dip of your choice !!
