Hare bhare paneer cutlets

Ingredients to make Hare bhare paneer cutlets

  • 5to6 pieces of bread
  • 1 bowl palak puree or any green leaves
  • 200gm paneer
  • 2tb sp rava or rice flour
  • 1sm piece of ginger
  • 2to 3 green chilli
  • 1tbsp oil
  • oil fr fry
  • salt 1tsp
  • Red chilli dried 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp

How to make Hare bhare paneer cutlets

  1. First cut the sides of bread pieces
  2. Cut paneer pieces in rectangular keep them aside
  3. Spread palak puree on each bread piece n keep them aside
  4. After 15 mins mash all absorbed pieces in puree vd hands
  5. Add all dry masala n rava vd oil
  6. Mix all nicely and make a soft dough
  7. Take a some portion of the dough lil flatten in ur palm
  8. Place one piece of paneer in the middle cover from all sides
  9. Make a roll and make all rolls like this
  10. Heat oil in a pan fry all balls till golden
  11. Transfer all in absorbent paper
  12. Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice

My Tip:

Can use bathua dhania n any other green leaves insteaf of palak
