Vegetable oats cutlets

Ingredients to make Vegetable oats cutlets

  • 2cups finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped beans
  • 1/2cup grated parrot
  • 1/2cup peas
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2tbsp cornflour
  • 1tbsp chopped ginger n green chillies
  • 1tbso chopped corie4 leaves
  • Salt,red chilli p,garam masal p,chat masala 1 tsp each or per taste
  • Oil fr frying

How to make Vegetable oats cutlets

  1. In a pan heat 1tsp oil and saute onions and keep aside.
  2. Blanch or saute chopped cauliflower with all veggies.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix all veggies with onions, ginger, chillies and all dry masala
  4. Add oats and corn flour too
  5. Mash with hands or use masher to make a smooth dough
  6. Give it rest for 15 mins so that oats mix nicely in it.
  7. Now divide it in to equal parts.
  8. Shape all parts like tikki little flatten.
  9. Deep fry in a hot oil on medium
  10. Take them out on absorbent paper
  11. Serve immediately with any chutney or sauce.

My Tip:

Keep the dough for 15 mins to make mix nicely with oats
