Moong Dal Chaat

Ingredients to make Moong Dal Chaat

  • Soaked Moong Daal (Overnight)/Sprouted moong dal 1 cup
  • curd 4 Tablespoon
  • imli sauce or imli Chutney (prepared at home) 3 Tablespoons
  • Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  • Chaat masala 1 Tablespoon
  • oil 1 Tablespoon
  • moong dal Namkeen (Available in the market - Optional) 2 Tablespoon
  • Medium sized chopped onion 1
  • coriander for garnishing
  • salt as per taste

How to make Moong Dal Chaat

  1. Soak moon dal overnight or use the sprouted moong dal. In a pan add oil and add moong dal, salt, red chili powder.
  2. Stir well and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Transfer it to the plate. Add curd, imli chutney, chopped onions and moong dal namkeen.
  3. Garnish with coriander and any namkeens of your choice and serve.
