Ingredients to make Dates ki mithai

  • 10 to 15 seedless dates
  • 10 to 15 almonds chopped
  • 10 to 15 cashewnuts chopped
  • 10 to 15 pistachio chopped
  • 1tsp ghee

How to make Dates ki mithai

  1. Remove the seeds of dates and grind into smooth paste. Then grease it with ghee on the board & take a rolling roller grease it with ghee & then take out on the board, add chopped almonds, pistachio, cashewnuts mix well with both your hands and then roll it into a roti shape then cut into pieces.

My Tip:

If you want you can add poppy seeds an silver warak on it. If you find difficulty in grinding, then boil dates in warm water and grind.
