Ingredients to make Bread ke kababs

  • 8 to10 bread slices
  • 1tsp rawa ( fine sooji)
  • 1tsp rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • 3 to 4 green chillies chopped
  • 1tbsp coriander chopped
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp curds
  • 1 onion chopped

How to make Bread ke kababs

  1. In a bowl crumble the bread slices, then add chopped coriander and curry leaves.Add Salt to taste, onion, rice flour, rawa , ginger paste, curd. Mix well and make a dough out of it. Then give a shape of kababs and deep fry it.
