Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ripe Tomatoes 3
  2. Thick curd 1 cup
  3. Red chilli 2
  4. Green chilli 2
  5. Rai 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  7. Hing 1/4 tsp
  8. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves 1 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves 1 tsp
  11. Salt 1 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Take a wok, put oil,
  2. 2. Put red chillies , urad dal ,rai , cumin.
  3. 3. Then add hing, green chillies , curry leaves.
  4. 4. Turns aromatic, now add tomato pieces , add salt
  5. 5 . Give a nice mix. Cook till tomatoes turn mushy
  6. 6. Once tomatoes are cooked completely, remove from the flame
  7. 7. Let it cool completely
  8. 8. In a bowl take curd , add cooked tomatoes to it...give a nice mix...
  9. 9. That's it.. yummy tomato curd chutney ready. You can have with rice or paratha..
