Ingredients to make Whole wheat mango cake

  • wheat flour- 1 & 1/2 cups
  • mango pulp -1& 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 2/3 cup
  • cardamom powder - 1/2tsp
  • Baking powder-1& 1/2tsp
  • Bak8ng soda-1/2tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • Vanilla essence -1tsp
  • oil - 1/3cup

How to make Whole wheat mango cake

  1. Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda,cardamom powder and salt together trice. keep aside.
  2. In a big bowl mix grind sugar, oil,mango pulp and vanilla essence well.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in wet ingredients. No need of over mixing.
  4. Mix well and pour in greased pan .
  5. Pre heat the oven.
  6. Sprinkle some tooty frooti over it and bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 30- 40 min or acc to your oven :blush:
  7. Serve hot with tea or coffee.

My Tip:

You can use apf or half half apf & wheatflour.
