  • Cilantro Garlic Yogurt Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Onions - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Green Chilies - 2 nos, finely chopped
  • Heinz Sweet Relish - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Fresh Cilantro leaves - roughly chopped
  • Black Pepper - Accordingly

How to make Thin Crust-No Cheese "Leftover Chapati" Pizza"

  1. Mix finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, sweet relish, and Cilantro Garlic Yogurt Sauce in a small bowl. Keep aside. This is my crunchy veggie sauce.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa(griddle) and place a leftover chapati on it. reheat from both sides for few seconds.
  3. Apply a little butter on both sides and cook on a slow flame until crisp using little pressure with a help of a muslin cloth or kitchen towel.
