Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For the crust
  2. 1 large Cauliflower
  3. 1 cup mozzarella
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 1/4 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2tsp onion powder
  7. For pizza sauce
  8. 1 Onion
  9. 3-4garlic
  10. Tomato puree readymade
  11. Pizza seasoning
  12. Basil dried
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Chilli flakes as per taste
  15. Additionally mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. For pizza crust, Breakdown cauliflower in a food processor or using a grater see that you have 3 cups of shredded cauliflower, microwave for 5 min, add salt onion powder add mozzarella and beaten egg mix well .
  2. For Pizza sauce : Add olive oil to the pan add minced garlic and onions saut it add tomato puree cook for 3 min add seasonings and set aside Preheat oven to 220 c
  3. On a baking tray covered with parchment paper spread some oil or spray some oil lay the mixed cauliflower and spread thin in desired shape bake for 25 min or the crust becomes golden brown .
  4. Take out of the oven spread the pizza sauce add any toppings if desired add cheese on top and bake for 10 min if u have broil option broil for last 5 min for nice browning on top . Slice and serve garnish with fresh basil.
