This is a normal home made soya bean and matar sabji

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Onion
  2. Soyabean
  3. Red chilli powder
  4. Turmeric
  5. Dhaniya powder
  6. Salt
  7. Garam masala
  8. Garlic
  9. Ginger
  10. Pea

Instructions

  1. First boil soyabean in a bowl for 3-4 minutes and strain it. Don't throw the water strained from soya
  2. Now add 3 tablespoon oil in kadai and fry soya until it become golden brown
  3. Then add ginger garlic and onion in mixi and make a paste
  4. Now add oil in pan and add some hing and jeera in it add masala paste stir it until become golden brown
  5. Now add the all the spices
  6. Let the spices cook
  7. Now add pea and soya in it and the water of soya
  8. Cover the pan and wait for 15 mins
  9. Now Last after the sabji is ready add a pinch of garam masala in it
