Ingredients to make Instant suji oats uttapam

  • semolina/ Suji- 1/2 cup
  • Instant oats- 1/2 cup
  • tomato- 1
  • onion-1
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
  • oil

How to make Instant suji oats uttapam

  1. In a bowl take suji and oats with water as required. Rest it for few minutes. Meanwhile chop tomatoes and onions.
  2. Mix chopped tomatoes and onions to the batter and mix salt to taste with garam Masala.
  3. Spread on hot tawa like dosa batter and sprinkle a little oil all round. Flip to other side and make it crispy as you like.
  4. Taddaa.. oats Uttapam is ready.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or sauce with a cup of tea.

My Tip:

I soaked sooji for 15 mints and oats for 5minutes so that it's crunchiness maintained.
