  • nimbu-1 kg
  • sugar-250 gm
  • salt-150 gm
  • turmeric powder- 1 tbs
  • red chilli power- 1 tbs
  • Black salt- 50 gms
  • Ajwain- 25 gms

How to make Three year old Nimbu pickle

  1. 1. Keep nimbu in salted solution for 1 hour than remove and clean these nimbu.
  2. 2. Cut all nimbu in a small pieces.
  3. 3. Mixed all spices and sugar in to pieces of nimbu.
