ABOUT Chocolate laddoos RECIPE

A new and tasty form to the traditional rava laddoos, not only the kids enjoy them but also adults equally.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup Suji/ semolina
  2. 2 tbsp ghee
  3. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/4 Cup desiccated coconut
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  7. 2 tbsp almonds
  8. 2 tbsp Walnuts
  9. 5- 6 tbsp milk
  10. 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  11. colourful sprinkles as required
  12. chocolate vermicelli as required

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a wok and add semolina and chopped nuts to it.
  2. Saute till the semolina is roasted.
  3. Add desiccated coconut and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add cardamom powder and condensed milk and mix well.
  5. If the mix seems little tight add 1- 2 tbsp milk at one time till the whole mixture comes as whole and starts leaving the pan.
  6. Let it cool a little and then roll into laddoos.
  7. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  8. Let the laddoos and chocolate cool a little.
  9. Coat the laddoos with chocolate and then coat with sprinkles and chocolate vermicelli.
  10. Serve cold.
