Ingredients to make Ciabatta mini sliders

  • Ciabata bread 2 loaves
  • Black forest ham 12 strips
  • Smoked chilli cheddar cheese 200 grams
  • Romaine lettuce a bunch
  • tomatoes thinly sliced 6 slices
  • 1 small Purple cabbage for the slaw
  • pepper and salt as per taste
  • Mayonnaise 1/3 cup

How to make Ciabatta mini sliders

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf into 12 equal slices. Prepare your slaw by slicing the purple cabbage into very thin strips mixing it evenly with pepper and the mayo and keep aside.
  2. Wash the lettuce and pat them dry. Slice the tomatoes thin. Slice the cheese thin.
  3. Shallow fry the black forest ham or you can use them the way it is.
  4. Toast the bread before assembling.
  5. Assemble just before serving and your mini sliders are ready.
