Harry Potter's Famous Butter Beer

Ingredients to make Harry Potter's Famous Butter Beer

100 gm sugar
30 gms butter
100 gm heavy cream
50 gms heavy whipping cream
1 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of salt
200 ml chilled cream soda

How to make Harry Potter's Famous Butter Beer

Place tall glass in the fridge to chill.
Heat sugar in a pan till it reaches golden brown color and caramelizes (don't over cook the sugar otherwise it will burn).
Remove from heat and add butter and combine till it melts.
Place this mixture in the gas and then add 100 ml heavy cream and blend till mixed well and add salt and lemon juice.
Let this mixture cool completely.
Now in a tall glass add 50 ml butterscotch sauce. Followed by 2 tbsp heavy cream.
Next slowly pour in chilled cream soda.
Top the butter beer with heavy whipping cream and serve immediately.
