It's a maxican dish that is complete meal and easy to make and also very healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One table spoon oil
  2. Carrot one cup diced
  3. Cabbage one cup diced
  4. Capsicum one cup diced
  5. Sweet corn one cup boiled
  6. Garlic half tea spoon crushed
  7. Half tea spoon green chili finely chopped
  8. Black pepper half tea spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For chapati - whole wheat flour one cup ( aata )
  11. One cup all purpose flour ( maida )
  12. 1/4 tea spoon salt
  13. Water as required
  14. One tea spoon ghee for grease
  15. Ghee or butter for shallow fry
  16. Cheese slices 4

Instructions

  1. First take a wok and put oil into the wok
  2. Add carrot
  3. Add cabbage and capsicum
  4. Add sweet corn
  5. Add garlic and green chili
  6. Add black pepper and salt and mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and keep aside
  7. Now take a bowl and put whole wheat flour (aatta ) and all purpose flour ( maida ) together
  8. Add salt and water as required and knead a dough
  9. Now take a small ball of dough and make a chapati with rolling pin
  10. Cook chapati on tava both sides
  11. After cooking add vegetables on half chapati
  12. Put cheese slice on vegetables and fold the chapati
  13. Grease with ghee or butter and shallow fry both sides and quesadilla is done
  14. Now take a serving plate , cut quesadilla from Centre and serve with tomato sauce
