Ingredients to make Tri-color Paratha by Dhara Shah

  • Red colour:
  • 1 cup grated beetroot
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 Cup water
  • Light yellow colour:
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 Cup water
  • Green color:
  • 1 cup blanched spinach puree
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Other Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp butter to saute parata

How to make Tri-color Paratha by Dhara Shah

  1. Make the but tight dough of all the colors by mixing all the ingredients mentioned in main ingredients above.
  2. Now take one portion of all the dough and roll them to make robes and stick them together and again fold them inside and make spiral.
