  • 450 gms Ricotta Cheese
  • 60 gms butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How to make Tri color ricotta cheese Burfi

  1. Take a nonstick pan and on medium heat melt the butter. Add Ricotta cheese, sugar and milk powder.
  2. Stir continuously till you get the consistency of a dough.
  3. Turn of the gas and leave the pan for it cool down. Now divide the dough in three parts.
  4. Add in the respective green and saffron colour or paste in the 2 portions of the dough.
  5. Leave aside for a few minutes after kneading and incorporating the colour. Serve as the indian flag.

My Tip:

If you do not want to use color then for green color use pista paste and for orange color use saffron in milk paste.
