Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Palak 1 cup
  2. Beetroot 1/2
  3. Wheat flour 2 cups
  4. Maida 1/2 cup
  5. Besan 1/4 cup
  6. Suji 1/4 cup
  7. Badam 8-10
  8. Kaju 8-10
  9. Khus khus 1 tbsp
  10. Milk 1/4 cup
  11. Saunf 1 tsp
  12. Jeera 2 tbsp
  13. Ajwain 1 1/2 tsp
  14. Tomato 1
  15. Red chilli 5
  16. Green chilli 2
  17. Green coriander 1/4 cup
  18. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  19. Sabot Dhania 1/4 tsp
  20. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  21. Pudina 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take 3/4 cup Atta
  2. Grind palak, Hara Dhania, green chillies, saunf, jeera, ajwain, salt and pudina. Make a paste.
  3. Mix besan in atta and add the ground past to make a dough.
  4. Grind beetroot, tomato, badam, ginger garlic paste, red chilli and dhania seeds. Make a paste.
  5. Take atta, put the beetroot paste and make a soft dough.
  6. Grind kaju, khus khus with milk to get a paste.
  7. Mix atta, maida, suji and the kaju paste. Make a soft dough.
  8. Make roll from each dough.
  9. Take three rolls together and twist them. Cut them in small pieces and make puris.
  10. Boil potatoes and keep aside.
  11. Add oil in a pan, let it heat a little.
  12. Add rai, jeera, hing, red chilli, curry leaves, sabut dhania and let it crackle.
  13. Add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, dhania powder and cook till the oil separates.
  14. Add in the boiled and mashed potatoes. Add water to get desired consistency for the gravy.
  15. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot with tricolours puris.
