Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl soaked churumura
  2. 1 bowl boiled mix vegetable
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste
  4. As per requirement salt
  5. 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  8. 2 tbsp maida
  9. 2 Tablespoon cornflour
  10. 1 cup oil
  11. Half cup dry churmura

Instructions

  1. Take soaked churmura in a bowl
  2. Add mixed boiled vegetables, then add chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste and mix well
  3. then add soya sauce red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce and mix it
  4. And add Maida and corn flour and salt then mix it
  5. make small balls of that mixture and then coat it with puffed rice (churmura) and deep fry the manchurian balls.
  6. And the manchurian balls are ready to eat. :yum::yum:
