Mithi Lassi

Ingredients to make Mithi Lassi

  • yogurt 400 gm
  • milk 1/2 cup (optional)
  • Caster sugar 6-7 tbsp (as per your taste)
  • salt 1 tsp (as per your taste)
  • cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
  • water 1/2 cup
  • Chopped dry fruits- 6 tsp (1 for each)
  • Few strands of saffron

How to make Mithi Lassi

  1. Take a mixer, add all the ingredients to it except the lime juice. Blend it 2-3 times. Make sure the mixture is properly blended with bubbles on it's surfaces.
  2. If the mixture gets too thick you can add some water in it.
  3. Now add the lime juice and take glasses to pour the lassi in it.
  4. Add ice cubes and serve it chilled.
  5. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and few strands of saffron (optional). Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.

My Tip:

Serve it super chilled.
