ABOUT Bhaturu RECIPE

It is a himachali dish.made of mainly khumani nuts from himachal but i used almond nut.it is a healthy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yeast 1 tsp
  2. Water 1/4 cup
  3. Wheat flour 1 cup
  4. Chopped Garlic leaves 3 tbsp
  5. Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  6. Almond 10-12
  7. Green chillis 2
  8. 1 medium size onion
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Methi powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak 1 tsp of yeast in 1/4 cup of lukewarmwater for 5 min
  2. Mix salt into wheat flour and mix into yeast water..
  3. Knead in a soft dough and keep it in a hot place for fermentation.
  4. Make a paste of coriander leaves,garlic leaves,almond,green chilli,onion..
  5. In this paste add garam masala powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,methi powder and salt.
  6. Make a medium paste....
  7. Divide the dough 4 equal parts and give each bowl shape..stuffed the bowls and wrap it..
  8. Roll the ball into roti shape..
  9. Roast the rotis in a tawa on medium flame..
  10. Roast again deeply in high flame.
