Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup-Onion(long chopped)
  2. 1½cup-Besan flour/channa dal flour
  3. 2tsp-Rice flour
  4. 1tsp-Red chilli powder
  5. 1tsp-Turmeric powder
  6. 1tsp-Cumin coriander powder
  7. 1tsp-Ajwan
  8. 1tsp-Green chilli powder
  9. 1tsp-Hing
  10. ½tsp-Cooking soda
  11. Salt as required
  12. Oil as required
  13. 2 to 3tsp-Water for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add oil heat it for frying. Chop onion long slice.
  2. Take a container add besan flour, rice flour, salt, ajwan ,red chilli powder, Cumin coriander powder, green chilli paste, hing,
  3. After words add onion mix it batter or paste of basen sprinkling water little only not fully wet make some dry.Fry it well by adding in heat oil & make crispy and golden brown. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
