Ingredients to make Veg dalia

  • Vegetables- peas, carrot, beans, capsicum 1 cup
  • 1 bowl Bhuna daliya
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 tomato,
  • 1 green chilli
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • salt to taaste
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp

How to make Veg dalia

  1. Cut all the vegetables.
  2. Heat 2 tspn of oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions.
  3. When onions get golden brown add all the chopped vegetables.
  4. After 3-4 minutes add salt, dhaniya powder, red chili powder according to your taste.
  5. Add daliya. Add 3 times of water to daliya.
  6. Closed the lid of the cooker. Switch of the stove after 2-3 whistles.

My Tip:

You can also add curry leaves and butter for good taste.
