Vegetale dalia with low calorie

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vegetables- peas, carrot, beans, capsicum 1 cup
  2. 1 bowl Bhuna daliya
  3. 1 Onion,
  4. 1 tomato,
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. salt to taaste
  8. oil 1 tbsp
  9. dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  10. red chili powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables.
  2. Heat 2 tspn of oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions.
  3. When onions get golden brown add all the chopped vegetables.
  4. After 3-4 minutes add salt, dhaniya powder, red chili powder according to your taste.
  5. Add daliya. Add 3 times of water to daliya.
  6. Closed the lid of the cooker. Switch of the stove after 2-3 whistles.
