Moong ke laddu

Ingredients to make Moong ke laddu

  • 250 gm yellow moong dal
  • 200 gm sugar.
  • 150 gm ghee
  • One pinch yellow colour
  • Half cup grated kaju .badam n pista.
  • 50 gm badam pwd..

How to make Moong ke laddu

  1. Soak moong dal for two hour then strain and grind it.
  2. Make powder from sugar.
  3. Put a pan on flame put ghee in it and then add dal paste roast it on a very low flame.
  4. It take half an hour to roast then add badam powder and dry fruit.
  5. Remove from flame and after ten minute, add yellow colour and sugar powder, mix well.
  6. If needed, add more ghee and make laddu from this.

You can store it for up to one month.
