About Moong dal ke ladoo Recipe

Protein full moong dal will give you the inner energy to fast.

Moong dal ke ladoo

Ingredients to make Moong dal ke ladoo

  • Green moong dal atta 1/2kg
  • Homemade ghee 300gms
  • Powdered sugar. 250gms
  • elaichi powder. 1tsp
  • mace powder. 2tsp
  • Pista and almond flakes 2tsp
  • Pista and almond chopped pieces 2tbsp

How to make Moong dal ke ladoo

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom kadai.
  2. Add the moong dal powder.
  3. Roast it till light brown colour.
  4. Add in the spices and chopped nuts.
  5. Let it cool down.
  6. Seive the sugar.
  7. Add it in the moong dal and mix well.
  8. Adjust the spices and sugar as per your taste.
  9. Shape into small rounds.
  10. And garnish it with pista and almond flakes.

My Tip:

You can use yellow moong dal atta too. I have made it with green moong dal.
