    Ingredients to make kesar pishta kulfi

    • one litre full cream milk
    • 150 gram sugar
    • dry fruits(cashew choped boiled chopped pishta)
    • powdered ilaichi
    • kesar 1/2 tsp(soak in 1 tbsp hot milk)

    How to make kesar pishta kulfi

    1. boil milk in a heavy pan.continously stir the milk for 15 to20 min.on high flame.
    2. reduse the milk less then half.when milk remains 45%switch off flame.
    3. add sugar.cool the milk and freeze.
    4. after4 to 5 hours pour the kulfi in mixture and churn.again put in freezer.every 4,5 hours mix the kulfi and freezee.do this for four time.
    5. now add ilachi powder,dry fruits,soaked kesar.freeze again for one hour and serve
    My Tip: mixing of kulfi is must to make kulfi smooth.
