Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dahi 1cup chanadal 1cup palak 100g besan 2spoon bread crums
  2. Bread crums 1/2cup red chilli powder 1/2spoon garam masala1

Instructions

  1. chanadal ko 2-3hour ke liye water mein soak kar de. Water se nikal kar ise palak ke saath dardara blend kar le. Dahi ko malmal ke cloth mein hang kare jab tak uska sab pani na nikal jaye. Tab ek plate mein nikale. Pisi dal mein salt,
  2. red chilli powder,garam masala mix kare,besan aur bread crums ko acche se mix kare. Ready mixture ke chote chote pere banaye, aur haath se spread kar centre mein dahi ki filling kare Aur shape de, now fry it in oil and before serving cut
  3. the kebab in two equal parts. Serve with green chutney.
