Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 150 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  2. 1/2 tsp coffee powder mixed with 1 tblsp water
  3. 2 cups flour
  4. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 170 grams butter, room temperature
  8. 1 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
  9. 3 large eggs, room temperature
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  11. 1/3 cup yogurt, room temperature
  12. 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Start by putting the separator into the pressure cooker and turn on the heat to medium. Melt the chocolate with the coffee in the microwave.
  2. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla and yogurt.
  4. Then add the flour mix and milk alternately into the batter. Mix well. Remove half the batter into a bowl and add the chocolate into it. Mix well.
  5. Into a prepared tin, put the batter alternating spoonfuls of vanilla batter with the chocolate batter. Then, with the end of a wooden skewer or knife, gently draw swirls through the batter to marbleize it. Don't over mix.
  6. Place this onto the separator. Turn it down low. Put the top of the cooker on but do not put the whistle.
  7. Let it cook for 35 minutes or comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool for about 20 minutes before removing the cake from the pan to cool completely.
