Ingredients to make Masala dosa and green chutney for fast

  • Sama rice 2 cup
  • sago saboodana 2 tbs
  • dahi 1/2 cup
  • rock salt as per taste
  • oil as required
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Green chilli
  • coriander leaves for preparing chutney
  • ginger a little
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Masala dosa and green chutney for fast

  1. Wash the sama rice and sago and soak them for 4-5 hours.
  2. Grind it to the paste in a mixer.
  3. Add curd to it and keep it for 4-5 hours for fermentation.
  4. Now add rock salt and prepare dosas in pan.
  5. For masala- add in hot oil cumin seeds ;turmeric powder then green chilli and boiled potato and rock salt .cook for 4-5 minutes
  6. For chutney- add coriander leaves green chilli rock salt ginger and prepare chutney in a mixer
