Ingredients to make No bake chocolate cheese cake

  • Ingredients for the base :
  • Bread crumbs : 1 tbsp
  • Leftover Biscuits : 20 pcs. (Tiger crunch, good day, parle g)
  • butter : 70 g melted
  • Ingredients for filling :
  • Hung curd : 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar : 1 cup
  • Icing sugar : 4 tbsp heaped
  • Chocolate essence : 1 tsp
  • Nutella/Homemade chocolate spread : 1 cup
  • Whipped cream : 1 cup
  • Gelatin : 1 tbsp (sprinkle over 1/4 cup cold water)
  • White chocolate chips : 1 tbsp (optional)
  • For topping :
  • Horlicks / Bournvita / Drinking Chocolate .....for sprinkle on top

How to make No bake chocolate cheese cake

  1. In a mixie take biscuits, crush them into powder.
  2. Now add bread crumbs mix it again.
  3. Now add melted butter and mix it again in a mixer.
  4. Take a detachable cake pan...take out all the biscuit mixture in the pan. Spread the mixture all over the base of the pan and press it firmly with fingers or spoon. Cover it and keep it in freezer for 1/2 hr or till use.
  5. Take a small bowl add 1/4 cup cold water. Sprinkle gelatin over it. Keep aside till it puffs up. It will take 4-5 mins, heat it on slow flame stirring continuously till gelatin melts. Switch off the flame. Do not overheat it.
  6. In a bowl take hung curd, sugar, icing sugar and vanilla essence. Beat it with beater till smooth.
  7. Now add homemade chocolate spread. Beat it again.
  8. Now add whipped cream and mix it with spoon.
  9. Now add white chocolate chips mix it again.
  10. Now add dissolved gelatin and mix properly.
  11. Take out the cake pan from freezer. Pour this filling over chilled and set biscuit base. Cover it and keep in the freezer overnight or for atleast 7-8 hrs or till set.
  12. Take it out from the freezer in the morning and put it in the fridge for 2 hrs...now detach the cake pan from the base. Keep it in a serving plate.
  13. Sprinkle horlicks / bournvita / drinking chocolate .....over the cake right before serving.
