Ingredients to make Besan ka Chilla

  • 2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • coriander leaves as needed
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • Little oil
  • water for making besan batter

How to make Besan ka Chilla

  1. Take a bowl, add besan add water to make batter (should not be watery or flowy).
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato and capsicum.
  3. Add ajwain, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix it properly.
  5. Then take a pan, spread little oil, pour about 1 tbsp and spread it.
  6. Cook from both the sides.
  7. Serve with ketchup.
