Ingredients to make Vrat ke Aloo Bade

  • potato boiled 1/2 kg
  • coriander leaves a bunch
  • Green chilli 8
  • oil as required
  • Singhare ka atta/chestnut flour 2 cups
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • ginger little
  • rock salt as per taste

How to make Vrat ke Aloo Bade

  1. Mash the potato, add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and rock salt and mix it. Filling is ready.
  2. For preparing aloo bade, mix singhare ka atta with water just like regular badas, add rock salt in it.
  3. Heat oil in kadai and fry badas on medium flame on both sides.
  4. Enjoy with green chutney of coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin seeds and rock salt.
