Ingredients to make Anda Shahi Korma

  • 4 nos eggs
  • 1 nos grated onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2tsp Garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 8 to 10 nos cashew nuts (paste)
  • 1 nos tomato
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced capsicum
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream

How to make Anda Shahi Korma

  1. Boil the eggs and cut it in slices.
  2. Heat oil, add grated onion, fry till colour has changed.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell has gone.
  4. Now add all the dry masalas and chopped tomato and cook.
  5. When tomato is mushy, add cashew paste and continue to cook till oil comes out from the side.
  6. Add finely sliced capsicum.
  7. Add water and boil for 5 minutes and add eggs.
  8. Add salt to taste.
  9. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add fresh cream.
  10. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve with roti, paratha etc.
