Fish Thoran

Ingredients to make Fish Thoran

  • Small silver fish 1/4 kg
  • turmeric and salt as per taste
  • tamarind pulp 2 tsp
  • To grind:
  • coconut 2 cups
  • green chillies 3
  • Small onion 10
  • curry leaves 8-10

How to make Fish Thoran

  1. Grind the items given in the ingredients.
  2. Then take fish, put the tamarind, salt, turmeric & crushed coconut mix.
  3. Add some water,just to cook the fish. Cook everything by adding 2 tsp of coconut oil.
  4. When fish is cooked and the whole dish gets dry, remove from fire.
  5. Put some more oil and curry leaves, mix.
  6. Add some lemon juice at the end.

My Tip:

Silver fish is the best to make this dish.
