Ingredients to make Semolina Savoury Cup Cakes

  • Suji 100 gm
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green coriander 1 tbsp
  • water as required
  • Rai 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • White sesame seed 1/2 tsp
  • Garnish - roasted peanut and sprouted moong
  • chilli flakes as per taste

How to make Semolina Savoury Cup Cakes

  1. Take a microwaveable bowl. Put oil, rai and sesame seeds. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  2. Put suji in it, roast for 3 minutes on high.
  3. Take it out. Add curd and water. Rest for 4 minutes. Adjust the water for a thick consistency.
  4. Add salt, coriander. Mix
  5. Take silicon moulds. Pour the batter in it. Sprinkle chilli flakes.
  6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  7. Let it cool. Serve with peanuts and moong salad.

My Tip:

Batter should not be watery.
