Egg Wrap

Ingredients to make Egg Wrap

  • flour - 2 cups
  • eggs - 2
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • salt - Half Teaspoon
  • pepper - half teaspoon
  • oil - 4 teaspoon
  • cucumber - 1 (Thinly Sliced)
  • onions - 2 medium (Thinly Sliced)
  • pepper - According to Taste
  • lemon - 1
  • tomato Sauce - According to taste

How to make Egg Wrap

  1. Take a bowl and mix flour, eggs, pepper, salt and while you add milk and water keep on whisking with a whisker. The texture of the batter should be neither too thick nor too thin.
  2. Take a frying pan, put few drops of oil (put few drops of oil at a time). Now take a ladle and take a portion of the batter in it and put it in the pan.
  3. Now with the ladle spread the batter on the pan in a circular motion to form a chapati. Keep it like that for few seconds then flip it. After flipping it take it out of the pan.
  4. Follow the same procedure for the rest of the batter. Now take a wrap and put some sliced onions and cucumber, put a little pepper, few drops of lemon, a little tomato sauce and serve hot!
